Recommended serving

PRODUCT INGREDIENTS:

* Glucosamine Hydrochloride (vegan - promote cartridge and joint fluid)

* Calcium (calcium ascorbate - essential in the synthesis of certain connective tissue structures such as collagen and glycosaminoglycan)
* MSM (bio-available form of sulphur for cellular rebuilding, anti-inflammatory, detoxant)

Side effects & cautions

A small percentage of people have reported mild intestinal discomfort. If loose stol occures, reduce dosage by half for 7 days then slowly increase to your desired result or consult with a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen.
